How does Sensua! work?
We have patented a core chemistry using menthol and L-arginine. L-arginine is an amino acid used to produce nitric oxide, a compound in the body that relaxes blood vessels. These clitoral sensitizing compounds aid in the dilatation of clitoral blood vessels in two ways:
- The initial effect of menthol facilitates and advances the absorption of L-arginine when topically applied to the mucous membrane of the clitoris.
- The L-arginine stimulates nitric oxide production to effect clitoral sensitivity, arousal, and erection by sustained dilatation of the blood vessels.

Are there any guarantees that Sensua! will work for me?

How does Sensua! compare to other lubricants on the market?

How do I apply Sensua!
Apply a liberal amount of Sensua! on and around the clitoris and surrounding labia. Continue to massage Sensua! onto the clitoral area for a few minutes. Sensua! is appropriate for use before or during foreplay. It can be used during intercourse, manual stimulation or masturbation. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. What will I feel when I use Sensua!
Within seconds of applying the gel, many women feel a pleasurable, warming, tingling sensation. The gel causes a rush of blood to the clitoris making sexual contact exhilarating. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Will Sensua! cause yeast infections?
Sensua! by itself does not cause yeast infections. However many sub-standard products have sorbitol or other “flavorings” which tend to be a breeding ground for yeast. Also, other oil- or silicone-based products do not wash off easily and tend to trap debris, which can promote a yeast infection. The Sensua! formulation works with your body so you can be confident using it in and outside of the bedroom on a daily basis.
Can I use Sensua! with condoms, vibrators and sex toys?
Sensua! is a water-based product. It is safe with all condoms, vibrators and sex toys.
Can I use Sensua! during oral sex?
Yes. Sensua! is safe during oral sex, although it has not been flavored in any way. Because of the menthol ingredient, avoid getting Sensua! in the eyes.
Can I use Sensua! while I am pregnant?
Sensua! has not been tested on pregnant women. Please consult your physician before taking any prescription or over-the-counter products while pregnant.
After applying Sensua! how long until it starts working?
After initial application, increased moisture, lubrication, and sensation should be almost immediate. Apply more gel as needed to achieve optimal results.
Please Note:
Some women who have low estrogen levels may be more sensitive to topical consumer products. Low estrogen levels are attributed to normal aging, prescription drugs (oral birth control pills and some antidepressants), and menopause. These reduced levels of estrogen may lead to increased sensitivity to or a slight burning sensation with some consumer products. If you think you may be sensitive as a result of reduced estrogen, Ronald J. Thompson, MD, FACOG, the developer of Sensua!, recommends using a small amount of product daily as a vaginal moisturizer and use more generously during intimacy. If you experience irritation or discomfort discontinue use and consult a physician.
What if I use Sensua! and it doesn’t work for me?
Using a topical gel to enhance sexual responsiveness and intimacy is a relatively new concept for most women. For some women, it may take time to adjust to the product and enjoy something new and different—especially regarding female sexuality. If you don’t experience a difference after the first usage, you are not alone. Women have reported best results occur through multiple uses of the product; developing a comfort level and knowing what to expect when the product is applied.
